Laura Taylor, LMT, CMLDT
Laura has been a professional Massage Therapist since 2012. She received her massage certification from Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences. Before opening her office in Belding and dedicating herself full time to Flat River Massage in July 2014, she honed her massage skills at Greenville Chiropractic Center. She has also received certifation in cupping therapy, intrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release and manual lymphatic drainage technique. Her treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient She is a passionate healer with a clinical approach and is dedicated to helping her patients increase their wellness through massage therapy.

My Philosophy
Medical massage is a highly specialized system of soft tissue therapy that is based on theories and research regarding tissue healing. This system recognizes that the joint capsule and its attached ligaments and tendons are the primary sites of pain and other problems. Medical massage therapists use massage procedures in a specific treatment plan. The focus of medical massage is the patent's problem and appropriate treatment which will lead to recovery.
